Build one clear vehicle requirement
Choose the vehicle, condition, timing, options and fulfilment preference. Private contact, trade-in, finance and insurance interest stay outside dealer-facing request data.
AutoShowroom turns one private vehicle requirement into matched dealer competition, a normalised private showroom and a controlled introduction only after you choose an offer.
The sealed model is designed to preserve negotiating separation while still giving dealers enough structured information to make a deliverable offer.
Choose the vehicle, condition, timing, options and fulfilment preference. Private contact, trade-in, finance and insurance interest stay outside dealer-facing request data.
The platform uses the requirement and dealer capabilities to select suitable authorised dealers rather than broadcasting your identity into an open lead marketplace.
Invited dealers receive the vehicle requirement, timing and fulfilment details needed to quote. They do not receive your name, direct email, mobile number or street address.
Price, availability, colour, handover, pickup or delivery, validity and conditions are structured so you can compare the commercial deal instead of decoding different quote formats.
You compare 3–5 anonymous offers. Dealer identities remain shielded and competing dealers never see one another or one another's offers.
Accepting an offer is the deliberate identity-release event. Only the successful dealer and buyer are introduced to complete the dealership transaction.
Identity shielding is a server-side product rule, not a cosmetic blur. The buyer and dealer receive different information until the accepted-offer handoff.
Price, availability, handover, fulfilment and quote conditions can be compared without seeing dealership identity.
The dealer receives the vehicle requirement, timing and fulfilment context, not the buyer's direct contact identity.
Only the winning dealer and buyer move into the controlled introduction after acceptance.
These answers describe the current AutoShowroom platform model and do not replace the final transaction-specific brokerage agreement.
No. Before acceptance, dealer-facing RFQ data excludes your direct identity and contact details. The successful dealer receives the authorised handoff only after you accept an offer.
No. The tender is sealed. Dealers do not receive competing dealer identities or competing offer information through AutoShowroom.
No. Your request can specify local pickup, statewide pickup, anywhere in Australia or delivery-only fulfilment, depending on what suits the purchase.
Yes. Trade-in, finance and optional insurance interest can be captured privately. Those signals are not included in the dealer-facing RFQ, and finance referral consent is a separate decision.
The vehicle purchase remains a dealership transaction. AutoShowroom's service-fee billing is separate and only activates under the final commercial operating policy.
Tell AutoShowroom the vehicle, timing and fulfilment you want, then keep the tender private while the market competes.
